Inspired by the gentle movement of water and the feeling of drifting with the current, Adrift in Blues brings together color, texture, and organic form in a composition that feels fluid and spontaneous. Hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramic discs are arranged along a copper framework, with pine needle basketry woven into select elements, creating an engaging contrast between smooth ceramic surfaces and natural woven textures.

A layered palette of blues moves from soft, light shades to deeper gray-blues, creating a sense of depth and tranquility. Dabs of teal and green add fresh accents of color, suggesting the subtle shifts in water as light moves across its surface.
