Hand-thrown ceramic discs are arranged along a copper framework, with pine needle basketry woven through the forms, creating an intriguing interplay of color, texture, and depth.

A rich variety of blue tones flows throughout the composition, creating depth and visual movement through the interplay of lighter and darker shades. The shifting blues evoke the changing moods of water, from tranquil, still surfaces to the subtle movement of waves.
